The Wasatch is our 2011 Parade of Homes in Utah County (Mapleton). The Wasatch has a very large open great room that is connecting with a spacious kitchen and nook. Along with the kitchen pantry we also designed the home with a large walk-in pantry off the dining for even more storage. A large mud room is featured off the entrance from the garage for convenience for both parents and the kids. The master was designed for relaxing and enjoying outdoor living off the exit from the master onto the back porch. The master bath has a his and hers closet with a grand master bath. Upstairs we created a 4 bedroom layout with a loft for the kids to play and study, also additional storage gives you enough room to spread out. There was a lot of love put into this home and we hope it shows. The fireplaces shown are optional.
